The institution implemented the HACCP system, 2007, before it became a legal obligation for all subjects in the food business, and by gradually introducing other norms, we systematically apply the established standard and quality of our business as proof to all interested parties that our services and work process are in accordance with all the requirements prescribed by international norms and legislation.
Daily action according to the principle arising from the Food Quality and Safety Management System - HACCP, Quality Management ISO 9001:2015, Waste Management System ISO 14001:2015 and Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018, aims to provide our citizens in need of social protection with healthy, nutritionally sufficient, high-quality and safe meals and services. Special focus is placed on system stability, process efficiency and strengthening employee responsibility at all levels of the business within the framework of an integrated management approach.
