PRACTICAL TEACHING OF STUDENTS OF THE UNIVERSITY OF APPLIED HEALTH SCIENCES (CITY OF ZAGREB) AT INSTITUTION CITY OF ZAGREB DOBRI DOM

Students of the University of Applied Health Sciences - Specialist graduate study in Sanitary Engineering, as part of practical classes in the subject "Health and Safety Management in Production Processes" visited DOBRI DOM - Business Unit "Thermal block-public dining room Kosnica".

After the introductory words of prof. dr. Racz and the acting principal Župan, the temporary head of the Department of Food-Technical and Assisting Affairs, Ivica Bačurin, presented the students in practice during two school hours in the physical sense, the Institution's business process with an emphasis on firmly implemented public health and sanitary-hygienic safety protocols. For more than ten years, University and Institution have demonstrated intensive and successful cooperation in the form of continuous practical teaching, for undergraduate and graduate students, in all business systems of the DOBRI DOM.
