HELP FOR HOMELESS PEOPLE IN THE CITY OF ZAGREB IN WINTER CONDITIONS

In these extremely cold days, in addition to the existing services for the homeless, additional measures have been introduced to ensure the best possible care and provide safety:
🔹 Day care organized by the Croatian Homeless Network
📍 Ščitarjevska 11, Peščenica
➡️ Working hours are extended until 6:00 PM (instead of the previous 4:00 PM)
➡️ Open until 2:00 PM on weekends
🔹 Overnight shelter in Kosnica
➡️ On weekends, it receives users from 3:00 PM (instead of 7:00 PM)
🔹 Overnight shelter in Ilica 29
➡️ Opens earlier - from 4:00 PM (instead of 6:00 PM)
➡️ Open until 8:00 AM (instead of 7:00 AM)
In conditions of extreme cold, shelters can receive users without a referral from the Croatian Institute for Social Work, with the obligation to the referral will be provided as soon as possible.
