At the conference, we presented the Institution's good practice (A.Župan: "Synergy between food safety management and food safety culture as the basis of a resilience and health prevention strategy in institutional nutrition"), which is manifested in the synergy of food safety management and culture to build resilience and health prevention. Food safety culture and food safety management are very important for the daily (365 days a year) work process in DOBRI DOM. An interdisciplinary team is a key element for the presence of an implemented food safety culture in all segments of work (central kitchen, equipment maintenance, goods receipt, storage, communal infrastructure, waste disposal, safe working conditions, etc.) through business food safety management to successfully neutralize food safety risks. The synergy between food safety management and food safety culture, with an emphasis on the importance of systematic monitoring of the quality of food, i.e. the finished meal, the hygiene of the work process and the entire working environment, and the correctness of the equipment within the framework of institutional nutrition, has its strong impact in DOBRI DOM, directed towards the most vulnerable social groups with a reduced immune response in order to build resilience and prevent health.
The conference brings together health experts from the fields of physiotherapy, medical laboratory diagnostics, radiological technology, occupational therapy, sanitary engineering, kinesiologists and other experts to present interesting and development areas in their activities through their professional and scientific experience and examples of good practice, with the aim of preserving health and improving the quality of life. Primary health care and prevention are in the focus of the World Health Organization and modern trends in healthcare, and therefore the topics of this year's Conference are the following:
*Preventive programs in preserving health.
*Education and professional development of health professionals for teamwork in the field of prevention.
*Digital prevention: artificial intelligence, applications and new technologies in the service of health.
*Interdisciplinary approach in teamwork and provision of health services.
*Prevention and rehabilitation in sports.
