The right to this kind of social help of the Institution the users gain by the document issued by the authorized Center for social help Zagreb. They have to be in the socially protected need and the list is checked by the City office for health, work, social protection and defenders. The revision to this right is done twice a year by the experts of City office for health, work, social protection and defenders and finally by the Center for social help Zagreb.
