The right to this kind of social help of the Institution the users gain by the document issued by the authorized Center for social help of the City of Zagreb. They have to be in the socially protected need and the list is checked by the City office for health, work, social protection and defenders. The revision to this right is done twice a year by the experts of City office for health, work, social protection and defenders and finally by the City of Zagreb Center for social help, on the period of 3 to 6 months, a year the most.

THE HACCP stands in English for HAZARD ANALASYS AND CRITICAL CONTROL POINTS. The HACCP system ensures the safety of the groceries in the way that those who work with the groceries control them. Its basic importance is being the group of preventive and corrective measurements in the technical process. By the HACCP we prevent the food from being dangerous and we make evidence of doing so.The Institution have HACCP and ISO 9001:2000 system from november 2007.
