Children dairy food help
The right to help children with dairy food is exercised by the parent or guardian of a child up to the age of 12 months
if, according to the assessment of the selected paediatrician, the need for additional nutrition has been determined, provided that the parent or guardian of the child lives in the same household with the child.
The basis on which the right to assistance from paragraph 1 of Article 25 is determined (Decision on Social Welfare, Official Gazette of the City of Zagreb 22/22, 29/22, 08/23 and 30/23) is the basis for calculating other benefits from the Law, increased by 20%.
Beneficiaries whose total income per household member does not exceed 200% of the base from paragraph 2 of Article 25 of the same Decision exercise the right to help children with dairy food.
The program Helping children with dairy food is carried out within the activities of the "Dobri dom" Institution of the City of Zagreb (Department of Social Welfare) once a month upon presentation of a social security card along with records in electronic form at the location of Fran Alfirević 6.
The right to the specified type of assistance is realized in the City Office for Social Protection, Health, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities on the basis of the attached necessary documentation in accordance with the Decision on Social Welfare (Official Gazette of the City of Zagreb 22/22, 29/22, 08/23 and 30/ 23) and at the same time a social security card is issued through which the mentioned right is exercised.
